Welcome to the contestants and distinguished judges of the Italian Pasta Summit Competition which will be held from August 30, 2017 till September 01 concurrently with ANUFOOD China 2017.
To promote Italian cuisine in China, enhance the exchange of
ideas and Italian cooking techniques, and for cultural propagation purposes, Master Chef Massimiliano Esposito has founded the Italian Pasta Summit Competition in 2016. This Competition
is endorsed by the Worldchefs and Federation of Italian Chefs China Delegation. Organized by Koelnmeese, the event aims to innovate Italian culinary techniques and promote Italian flavors for its international development and continuous improvement in culinary standards. Renowned and internationally certified chefs from China and abroad will judge the competition.
We wish all participating chefs outstanding achievements and the Italian Pasta Summit Competition a resounding success!

It’s the 19th year of FHC international Culinary Arts Competition. It is the biggest intercontinental western culinary competition in China. This year over 800 competitors competing in 25 classes, the organizing committee have amassed a Judging Panel of 60 Jury consisting of 45 WACS Certified Judges, 22 of whom are International Judges ensuring that this event will be both a true showcase of Culinary Arts expression and platform of learning that will set the benchmark for the future.
VENUE:
FHC Competition 2017 takes place at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).SNIEC is located midway between the Shanghai financial district in Pudong and the Pudong International Airport. The Venue can be reached by the “world’s fastest train” the Maglev from Pudong International Airport which connects to downtown via the Shanghai metro system. SNIEC is also conveniently accessed via the Metro line No.7, Hua Mu Road station.
