What is Fast Track for individual application?

Training/learning providers including culinary schools can have their programme(s) mapped against the corresponding certification level.

Worldchefs Culinary Certification can be issued to individuals who hold a qualifying certificate from a participating Training/learning provider or a chefs association such as Kai Ping and American Culinary Federation.

Become an Approved Certification Center of Worldchefs Global Culinary Certification to give your
culinary institute a competitive advantage. With this prestigious recognition, you will demonstrate your learning program meets global standards set by the industry. You can:

  • Showcase that your training program meets the latest global industry standards
  • Promote your institution’s dedication to professional excellence to attract the best talent

Global Culinary Certification works in conjunction with Worldchefs Education Partner network, encompassing some 50,000 hospitality educators, students, and alumni. To map and benchmark your school’s programs to global standards and become an Approved Certification Center, your institution must first become a Worldchefs Recognized School.
