Majed Al Sabagh
Advisor & Trainer of Sustainability Education and owner of CIC, Chef International Center
Chef Majed Al Sabagh is a celebrated culinary expert and Director of the Chef International Hospitality Education and Training Centre in Sharjah. A Worldchefs Master Chef and certified judge since 2012, he also serves as Vice President of the Emirates Culinary Guild for Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain. As President and Founder of the Syrian Culinary Guild, he actively promotes heritage through his role on the Worldchefs Cultural Committee. Chef Majed teaches culinary arts and food safety at the University of Ajman and is known for his cookery show Sabah Al Sharjah on Sharjah TV since 2008. An accomplished author and food blogger, he combines innovative recipes with artistic presentation, inspiring culinary excellence worldwide.

Chef Christopher Koetke, CEC CCE HAAC, is currently Corporate Executive Chef at Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America, Inc, and the Chair of the Feed the Planet Committee of Worldchefs.
Indeed, having a 40-years experience of working in the foodservice industry and given his global travels experimenting with ingredients and flavors, Chris is a well-known expert on culinary matters. Therefore, in 2010, he was given the inaugural Chefs Collaborative Pathfinder Award for his work in making sustainability mainstream both within foodservice operations and education.
