SIRHA LYON, BOCUS DโOR FINAL & WORLD PASTRY CUP:
Sirha Lyon 2027 will be held from 21 to 25 January 2027 at Eurexpo Lyon and stands as a key international event for Food Service and hospitality. Bringing together professionals from across the sector, the show offers five days of innovation, inspiration and exchange.
Its programme includes flagship spaces such as Sirha Food Forum, Sirha Bake, Sirha Mรฉtiers de Bouche, Sirha Coffee Show, Sirha Innovations and the Pop Up Food Concept, as well as the Contest Arena, home to major competitions including the International Catering Cup, the Bocuse dโOr and the Pastry World Cup.
