The World Association of Chefs Societies WACS invites members of the HKCA or the HKYCC to participate in this great event right here in Hong kong during the HKICC 2013 at HOFEX for the WACS Asian finals cook amongst the best chefs in Asia, there are 3 exiting categories open and the winners of each category will fly to Norway for the world final at the WACS Congress in Norway in 2014
Please read carefully the rules and regulations at www.wacs2000.org, and send us your recipe and photo of the menu you intend to cook for this show on and before the 30 November 2013 to rudolf.muller@disney.com
Those shortlisted cooks and chef will be invited to a cook off in January 2013.
Location to be advised and the winners will then represent Hong Kong the HKICC 2013 HOFEX
