The 6th LaCuisine Cooking Competition 2024, proudly organized by the Association of Culinary Professionals Indonesia in collaboration with PT. KRISTAMEDIA PRATAMA, is set to take place from November 13-16, 2024, at the Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran.

This esteemed event will run concurrently with SIAL Interfood Indonesia 2024, one of the largest food and beverage exhibitions in Southeast Asia. Recognized as a National Competition by the World Association of Chefs Societies (Worldchefs), LaCuisine 2024 will feature 28 distinct competition classes. Highlights include categories that celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Indonesia, such as Sate Nusantara, Live Cooking Nasi Tumpeng, and Traditional Jajanan Pasar in High Tea Presentation. The event aims to elevate Indonesian cuisine while fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth among chefs.

Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills before a panel of Worldchefs certified judges, ensuring the highest standards of fairness and professionalism.
