JUDGING SEMINAR Sunday 1st and Monday 2nd March 2009
10am till 5pm
Glasgow, Scotland,
at SECC
This is a two day seminar for those judges who need to update and enhance their skills in line with the latest guidelines from the WACS Culinary Competition Committee (CCC)
The day will be charged at 200 Euros and will include light lunch as well as refreshments.
This will precede ScotHot World Culinary Grand Prix 2nd to 4th March which is also held at the SECC (Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre) by the Federation of Chefs Scotland.
The seminar will be delivered by members of the CCC and will answer many outstanding questions and discuss any issues.
Sunday 1st March will present the WACS Guidelines for Competition and Judges for both Hot and Cold Kitchen disciplines.
Monday 2nd March will be a hands on practical session at the ScotHot competition theatre to assess and then feedback to the Candidates.
The CCC will require all WACS newly approved Judges to attend a seminar on judging so that we can present a consistent level of judging using the same criteria across all the member countries of WACS.
