This year 2024, Makro HoReCa Challenge will be focusing on the worldwide ingredients in competition menus that is used by local chefs to represent the local recipes, and also local knowledge to show that Thailand’s local recipe when combined with international ingredients can elevate and bring back local recipe back to life.
Based on the success and good response in organizing the event over the past 16 years, this year Makro under CP AXTRA Public Company Limited is aiming for an increased success in the event “Makro HoReCa 2024”. In order to reinforce the policy of supporting HoReCa customers, being an expert in food distribution and providing the most complete equipment for hotel business operators, restaurant business and catering business. Makro acts as a medium between producers of consumer products and entrepreneurs to meet each other, share information and exchange knowledge.
