FHA-Maldives is a Worldchefs endorsed competition in South Asia backed by two esteemed National Chefs Associations with The Chefs Guild of Maldives (CGM) and The Chefs Guild of Lanka (CGL).

The event this year has assembled a star-studded world-renowned judges’ lineup from Germany, Australia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, The Philippines, The United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and Thailand, headed by the legendary, Chef Thomas Gugler, the President of the World Association of Chefs’ Societies. Chef Gerard Mendis, Chef Uwee Micheel, Chef Rick Stephens, Chef Manjith Gill, Chef Marco Brushcweiller, Chef Dimuthu Kumarasinghe and Chef Ishaq Solih amongst many others to feature in this stacked lineup.

The FHA Maldives Global Culinary Challenge is one with rich history, held in high regard as one of the most looked forward to in its region and scale.

The event has already garnered the attention of the culinary industry accumulating over 600 culinary entries and over 150 international exhibitors.

FHA Maldives this year expects to break records in terms of participation and quality in culinary excellence and invites everyone to be a part of the culinary excellence projected to be showcased this year.
