Skills training programs, technical and vocational education is a priority agenda for realizing the aspiration of creating a critical mass of experts in various fields. Culinary competition which was first introduced in 2008, aims to develop, improve and recognize individuals who have expertise in the field of hospitality. Kolej Yayasan Pahang Advanced Skills aims to make this competition an annual event that niche can have an impact on improvement of competence of trainees, trainers and employees of the hotel industry in line with national aspirations for the more striking in the world.
