The Hospitality Salon Culinaire-HORECA Lebanon 2018
HORECA Lebanon, the country’s premier B2B hospitality and foodservice event, celebrates its 25th edition from the 20-23 March 2018. As the key meeting place for trade professionals from across the region, the event has become an essential destination for firms looking to explore fresh markets, pursue new business opportunities and stay one step ahead of the latest innovations and trends.
The four-day exhibition is nothing short of a who’s who in the industry, gathering owners of the leading hotels, the top food and beverage companies, senior management, key decision makers and 15,000 trade professionals from across the Middle East and beyond.
HORECA further hosts a rich program of over 20 daily events in the form of cooking demonstrations, forums, roundtables, culinary and beverage contests and much more. This year, over 500 talented hospitality and foodservice professionals and students will compete in a variety of contests that reward creativity including the renowned Hospitality Salon Culinaire.
The Hospitality Salon Culinaire
For its 19th edition, the Hospitality Salon Culinaire will put the skills of more than 300 of the most promising chefs to the test. Through four days of intense competitions, challenges, live cooking and display contests, the culinary stars will be chosen by a panel of more than 15 top international judges.
The Venue:
Which is ideally located at the heart of Downtown Beirut and on the waterfront of the Mediterranean Sea, consists of 82,000 m2 of multifunctional space. The indoor column-free area accounts for 10,000 m2, while 25,000 m2 is available outside. BIEL also boasts a state of the art conference center, a grand ballroom and ample parking.
