Our upcoming event “Gastronomia-Gastrognosia HORECA” will be held at the International Fair Grounds in Nicosia, Cyprus, from 23 to 26 November 2017.
It is worth to mention that exhibitions as such take place in our country every two years and CCA’s events in general are a place where professional chefs, cooks, confectioners, bakers, bartenders meet to create and compete. Subsequently, the winner in each category represents our country in the next international competition. In November 2017, for the first time in CCA’s history, the event will be attended by foreign groups of representatives. As you are already aware of, our association is a professional, non-profit organisation which unites chefs and cooks from all over Cyprus aiming professional excellence.
