ABOUT
The overall objective of the HORECA JORDAN – Salon Culinaire is to work the benefit of the Culinary Arts in the region.
Live Cooking and Display Competitions gather over 120 chefs that are eager to hold the title of the best in Jordan.
The Salon Culinaire is organized by HORECA JORDAN in cooperation with the Jordanian Chefs Association.
Visitors have the pleasure of watching young chefs competing in different categories, and discover the region’s latest culinary concepts and trends and meet a panel of international judges coming especially for this annual event.
The Fourth Edition of HORECA JORDAN is the largest exhibition for the Hospitality and Food & Beverages Service industry in the area. It will take place on the 10-12 October, 2017 at Zara Expo – Grand Hyatt Amman/Jordan.
The exhibition takes place annually and covers the Food & Beverage services and the Hospitality sectors from Jordan and the whole region. It will also appeal to host visitors including but not limited to Iraq, Palestine and Egypt.
