The Seminar will take place on the 11th of October, 2017 and the practical training on the 12th of October, 2017 during Salon Culinaire / HORECA JORDAN 2017
Salon Culinaire is part of HORECA JORDAN exhibition. This unique event is organized by HORECA JORDAN in partnership with The Jordanian Chefs Association.
Visitors will be invited to watch chefs competing in different categories, and discover the region’s latest culinary concepts and trends and meet a panel of international judges coming especially for this annual event.

The Fourth Edition of HORECA JORDAN will be the largest exhibition for the Hospitality and Food & Beverages Service industry in the area. It will take place on the 10-12 October, 2017 at Zara Expo – Grand Hyatt Amman/Jordan.
The exhibition takes place annually and covers the Food & Beverage services and the Hospitality sectors from Jordan and the whole region. It will also appeal to host wider visitors including but not limited to Iraq, Palestine and Egypt.
