The “China International Chinese Cuisine Championship – Lianglu Cup” is the first continental-level Chinese culinary competition in Southwest China certified by the World Association of Chefs (Worldchefs). With the core themes of “cultural exchange, heritage and innovation, talent cultivation, and global expansion of Chinese cuisine,” the event is rooted in the profound foundation of Chinese food culture. It builds a high-standard, professional international culinary exchange platform, allowing Chinese culinary skills to shine in international competition and promoting deep integration between Chinese food culture and diverse world culinary cultures.
The “Lianglu Cup” was born from a commitment to preserving Chinese culinary heritage, cultivating dedicated talent, and the original aspiration to bring Chinese cuisine to the world stage, making Chinese flavors a bridge for international cultural exchange. The competition serves as a bridge to break down regional and national barriers, bringing together outstanding practitioners in the global Chinese culinary field. It provides a quality stage for young chefs and culinary teams to showcase their skills and exchange ideas, and uses competition as a medium to explore the cultural connotations and technical essence of Chinese cuisine, driving innovation and standardization of Chinese cooking techniques.
As the first continental-level Chinese culinary competition, led by the highest honor, the “Lianglu Cup,” it inspires every competitor to uphold original aspirations with dedication, promote tradition through innovation, refine their skills in competition, and build consensus through exchange. We aim for the competition to be a starting point for cultivating more Chinese culinary talents with both professional competence and international vision, allowing Chinese cooking techniques to be passed down, innovated, and elevated through exchange. Let Chinese food culture become a cultural bond connecting the world, helping Chinese cuisine forge a broader path of development on the global stage and spreading Chinese flavors worldwide.
