About Nathan Logan

Nathan Logan graduated from Washington State University with degrees in Hotel/Restaurant Administration and in Business Management. Deciding to pursue a more traditional way to connect with food, he became a cook and enjoyed a successful career as an Executive Chef. He moved into consulting and founded his own company, ML Restaurant Solutions. As a member of SHI, Nathan’s experience has been designing and managing several high-profile and successful builds.
