Its catalog includes seven varieties of caviar: White, Osetra, Osetra Selection, Sevruga, Sterlet,Beluga and Beluga Albino. All of them are pure unhybridized species, i.e. fresh sturgeon egg, granulated and malossol, providing an incomparable organoleptic profile: silky textures, perfectly defined grains and complex flavors ranging from hints of nuts to creamy and elegant notes.
