Worldchefs Global Championships: Pacific-Rim Semi-Finals

Venue: Bonunaqwele Campus, Fiji National University Namaka, Nadi Campus.

The Semi-Finals are individual competitions, with winners progressing to the World Final in Shanghai, China, in March 2027. Competitors prepare a three-course menu for four servings within 2.5 hours: three servings for jury evaluation and one for photography/media.

For the Global Young Chefs Challenge, competitors must be born after 1 January 2002 (under 25 based on the World Final). For Global Chefs and Global Vegan Chefs, competitors progressing to the World Final will need to be supported by a Commis Chef born after 1 January 2002.
