Jordann Norbert
CEO @EcoFood Training and Certification Agency
Jordann Norbert is the CEO of the EcoFood Training and Certification Agency, specializing in sustainable food systems and hospitality education. With a decade of experience as a Food, Nutrition, and Health educator, she holds a BSc. in Hotel and Resort Management and a Master’s in Executive Leadership in Hospitality Management.
Jordann mentors female entrepreneurs in St. Lucia through the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs and serves as an Island Innovation Ambassador. She has coached green entrepreneurs in the Eastern Caribbean and led the “Like A Chef” program, empowering over 500 individuals. Her Green Cuisine Initiative earned her recognition as the 2nd runner-up in the National Entrepreneurship World Cup Competition. Jordann is a Sustainability Trainer with the World Association of Chefs Societies and holds certificates in Sustainable Cities and Climate Change. She advocates for sustainable food systems, addressing food security and waste management issues in St. Lucia and the Caribbean.

Chef Christopher Koetke, CEC CCE HAAC, is currently Corporate Executive Chef at Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America, Inc, and the Chair of the Feed the Planet Committee of Worldchefs.
Indeed, having a 40-years experience of working in the foodservice industry and given his global travels experimenting with ingredients and flavors, Chris is a well-known expert on culinary matters. Therefore, in 2010, he was given the inaugural Chefs Collaborative Pathfinder Award for his work in making sustainability mainstream both within foodservice operations and education.
