The 27th FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition, hosted by Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo International Exhibition Co., Ltd., will be held concurrently with the 29th FHC Shanghai Global Food Expo at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from November 10-12, 2026! This competition is the only culinary event in China to receive official certification as an A-level international competition from the World Chefs Federation.
Having successfully hosted 26 editions since its inception, it has always been committed to promoting skill exchange and innovative development in the global catering industry, attracting elite chefs from around the world. Its aim is to nurture young chefs and enhance the development of both Chinese and Western cuisine. Currently, this competition has become a highly prestigious international culinary event.
