A Premier Culinary & Cultural Experience in the Heart of Central Asia
The Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan, with the official support of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is proud to invite the global culinary community to the grand gastronomic festival and the 2nd International Culinary Championship, “Delicious Uzbekistan 2025.” This landmark event will be held from November 27 to 29, 2025, at the state-of-the-art Central Asian Expo Uzbekistan Exhibition Center in the vibrant capital city of Tashkent.
About the Championship
This international championship brings together culinary professionals from around the world to showcase their skills, promote cultural exchange, and celebrate Uzbekistan’s rich gastronomic heritage. The competition will feature multiple categories including national teams, individual cooking, pastry arts, and traditional Uzbek cuisine, judged by international culinary experts according to recognized standards.

“Delicious Uzbekistan 2025” is more than a competition; it is a vibrant celebration of culture, tradition, and innovation on a plate. The event is dedicated to discovering the unique culture, legendary hospitality, and rich culinary heritage of Uzbekistan, a country famed for its ancient Silk Road history. This championship serves as a dynamic platform to open new perspectives for tourism development, implement large-scale gastronomic projects, and promote Uzbekistan’s national cuisine as a world-class brand.
We will bring together acclaimed chefs, passionate culinary teams, and food enthusiasts from across the globe for three days of intense competition, cultural exchange, and unparalleled networking. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills, creativity, and artistry on an international stage.
The Championship at a Glance
The 2nd International Culinary Championship “Delicious Uzbekistan 2025” will feature a wide array of categories designed to challenge and inspire chefs of all specializations. Competitors will battle for medals and honors, judged by a panel of internationally recognized culinary experts according to Worldchefs (www.worldchefs.org) – approved standards where applicable.
This event is a pivotal moment for Uzbekistan’s culinary scene, marking it as the second international event of this scale in the nation’s history. We sincerely count on the support and active participation of the Worldchefs community to help us elevate this significant gathering, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and professional excellence.
What’s Included for Participants
To ensure a seamless and comfortable experience, the registration fee for official teams includes:
Transfers: Airport and hotel pick-up and drop-off services.
Accommodation: Hotel accommodation for one judge (or association head) and three team members from November 26 to 29, 2025.
(Note: Participants arriving earlier than November 26 will cover additional accommodation costs. For teams with more than four members, transfers are provided for all, with accommodation for additional participants arranged at their own expense.)

Interested participants must complete the registration form, register their team, and pay the registration fee in accordance with the championship rules. To facilitate the visa invitation process, please provide scanned copies of the first and second pages of your passport.
