The 2025 TCAC Taiwan Culinary Arts Challenge marks its 7th edition and will once again be held at the prestigious Taipei World Trade Center. This highly anticipated event brings together culinary professionals and aspiring chefs from Taiwan and across the globe to compete in a wide range of categories, including Hot Cooking, Cold Display, Art Showpiece, Live Show, Coffee, and Bartending. New to this year’s competition is the Team Challenge, offering a dynamic and collaborative culinary experience.
Organized by the Taiwan Chefs Association and endorsed by Worldchefs, TCAC upholds the highest international standards. All judging panels will consist of esteemed local and international judges accredited by Worldchefs, ensuring fairness, transparency, and global recognition. This competition is not just a showcase of talent—it is a celebration of culinary excellence and innovation.
TCAC also serves as a critical part of the Taiwan Chefs Association’s mission to empower the next generation of culinary professionals. Through participation in regional, national, and international events, as well as structured training programs, the association continues to support professional development and elevate Taiwan’s presence on the global culinary stage.
