The 2026 TCAC Taiwan Culinary Arts Challenge is on its way! This marks the 8th edition of the event, and we are thrilled to announce this extraordinary occasion. Held at the Taipei World Trade Center,
this grand event will showcase a variety of categories, including Hot Cooking, Cold Display, Art Showpiece, Live Show, Coffee, and Bartending. Exciting new additions such as Team Challenge promise a diverse competition experience.

Through comprehensive training programs and participation in Regional, National, and International culinary competitions endorsed by Worldchefs, the Taiwan Chefs Association remains dedicated to nurturing and empowering chefs. The Taiwan Chefs Association reaffirms its commitment to hosting this prestigious event, providing a platform for both seasoned professionals and aspiring young chefs to showcase their culinary prowess.
