The ACSA maintains international endorsed by Worldchefs (World Association of Chefs Societies) culinary recognition. Held together with the famed InterFood from 5 – 8 May 2026, this competition is
set to be another benchmark in the international culinary industry.
Gold Shah will cover virtually every aspect of Food & Hotel management, focusing on hotel/restaurant equipment/supplies, food and beverage, hotel furnishings and accessories, food service and catering equipment, housekeeping products, hospitality and retail technologies.
In association with the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (Worldchefs) and Azerbaijan Culinary Specialist Association (ACSA), the Gold Shah Culinary Challenge is the arena for culinary talents from Azerbaijan to display their masterly skills and be accredited by a panel of internationally acclaimed judges approved by Worldchefs. Gold Shah Culinary Championship – Culinary Categories will kick off the programmer at Inter Food Azerbaijan from 5 to 8 May 2026 at Baku Expo Center.
