The inaugural FHA Dessert Challenge is set to take place at Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) 2026, on 23 to 24 April 2026 at Singapore Expo. Organised in partnership with the Singapore Pastry Alliance, this event aims to significantly contribute to the development of professional patisserie skills, while actively encouraging creativity and knowledge sharing amongst pâtissiers from across the region.
Held concurrently with the Asian Pastry Cup and the FHA Bakery Challenge. The FHA Dessert Challenge is internationally endorsed by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (Worldchefs). This endorsement ensures the competition meets international standards of excellence in culinary competitions and provides participants with a globally recognised platform to showcase their talents and advance their careers in the pastry industry.
