Launched in 2024, the FHA Bakery Challenge aims to elevate artisanal bakery craftsmanship, foster innovation, and cultivate emerging baking talents across the region. This exciting competition also serves as a prime opportunity for professional engagement and knowledge exchange among industry members.
The inaugural FHA Bakery Challenge will take place at FHA 2026, held concurrently with the Asian Pastry Cup and the FHA Dessert Challenge. The FHA Bakery Challenge is organised in partnership with the Singapore Pastry Alliance, a respected member of the Singapore Chefs’ Association. The competition is internationally endorsed by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (Worldchefs). This endorsement ensures the competition meets international standards of excellence in culinary competitions and provides participants with a globally recognised platform to showcase their talents and advance their careers in the baking industry.
