Culinaire Malaysia is organized by the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) in conjunction with Food & Hospitality Malaysia (FHM). Jointly organised with the Professional Culinaire Association (PCA) and The Malaysian Food and Beverage Executives Association (MFBEA), the event is endorsed by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) and the International Food and Beverage Association (IFBA). With these esteemed affiliations, Culinaire Malaysia continues to raise the bar for what a culinary event can achieve with each edition.
