From February 15 to 17, 2026, one of the most anticipated events returns: the 10th edition of the Italian Cuisine Championships , which will take place within the “Beer & Food Attraction” event at the Rimini Expo Centre Italy .

The collaboration between Italian Exhibition Group and the Italian Chefs Federation (FIC) is renewed once again to create the most important and comprehensive national culinary competition, officially recognized by international Worldchefs circuit.
