This competition aims to advance knowledge of food origins, sustainability, safety, and environmental protection, as well as the growth of the pastry and baking industries throughout Asia. Through their cultural influence on future artisans, young pastry chefs will have the chance to demonstrate their culinary skills to a worldwide audience, inspiring and nurturing innovation.
The scoring and administration will be done in accordance with rules and judging criteria specified in Worldchefs endorsed international competitions.
