5th Selangor International Culinary Festival (SICF)
The 5th Selangor International Culinary Festival (SICF) 2023 will be held from 19th October 2023 – 22nd October 2023 in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). In conjunction of 9th Selangor International Expo Food & Beverage (SIE F&B 2023) as the major feature of the exhibition where prominent industry practitioners will converge, network, and compete healthily towards excellence.
Organized by Professional Culinaire Association (PCA) Malaysia, the Selangor International Culinary Festival (SICF) 2023 will present the Malaysia Catering Cup and Team Challenge Competition that will
show participation by professionals and young chefs demonstrating their exemplary skills and talents in various disciplines and categories.
This year, 16 categories will be up for partaking. Among the highlights and new categories in the competition will be 3-Course Plant Base Challenge, 3-Course Airline Catering Challenge and Nasi Kandar Challenge to elevate the Malaysian cuisine heritage and Malaysian hospitality to the world.
SICF 2023 aims to assemble chefs from all corners of the world to experience and discover Malaysian traditional cuisine and as a networking platform for all professionals in the F&B industry to engage and connect.
