2025 Hotelex China International Chinese Cuisine Championship is organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co. Ltd, Sichuan Institute of Tourism, co-organized by Sichuan Cuisine Association and hosted by Lan Ming lu Skill Master Studio. This event has been endorsed by Worldchefs, which is the first time that an event in the western region has been awarded with such a high standard of international accreditation. This means that every participant will stand on the stage of international standards, accept the global unified judging standards, and compete with the world’s best players.This is not only a competition of culinary skills, but also a deep collision between Chinese culture and the world stage.
