Alaçatı Herb Festival Culinary Competition
The countdown has begun for the Alaçatı Herb Festival Culinary Competition, held between April 20-26, 2026, in collaboration with Çeşme Municipality and the Gastronomy Association, and officially accredited by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (Worldchefs)!
Organized for the first time as an culinary competition within the festival, this event is far more than a simple gastronomic contest. It serves as a prestigious platform where a thousand-year-old heritage, nature’s medicinal herbs, and local culinary culture are celebrated on a global scale.
We are thrilled to welcome both experienced professional chefs and the rising stars of the future—our high school and university students to this grand gathering that unites the unique nature of the Aegean with culinary excellence.
