From 28 to 30 April 2026, the global food and hospitality industry will once again converge in Bali for one of Indonesia’s most prestigious culinary events: the 13th Bali Salon Culinaire 2026,
held in conjunction with the Food, Hotel & Tourism Bali (FHTB) Exhibition at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre (BNDCC).
The Food, Hotel & Tourism Bali Exhibition will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., welcoming professionals, industry leaders, and visitors from Indonesia and abroad. Alongside this
dynamic trade exhibition, the Bali Salon Culinaire 2026 will take center stage as a vibrant and artistic culinary competition that celebrates craftsmanship, creativity, and professional excellence
within the culinary and hospitality industry.
Organized by Bali Culinary Professionals (BCP) and supported by national and international partners, the Bali Salon Culinaire has grown into a highly anticipated platform for professional
chefs, young talents, apprentices, and students to demonstrate their skills under internationally recognized competition standards. The event not only highlights technical ability but also
promotes innovation, discipline, teamwork, and cultural diversity in cuisine.
Throughout the three-day competition, participants will compete across various categories, including professional live cooking, display competitions, team challenges, and student classes,
all evaluated by an experienced panel of certified national and international judges. These competitions provide a valuable opportunity for chefs to gain recognition, benchmark their skills
against peers, and contribute to the continuous development of Indonesia’s culinary scene within the global arena.
