The International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe constitutes a hallmark tradition of Chefs Association of Northern Greece, which is organized every 2 years. An International Culinary Competition attracts between 500 and 600 delegates from all over the world and is a unique opportunity to showcase Greek cuisine and culture and to capture the interest of the international culinary community.
The 10th International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe will take place from 3-6 March 2017 at the International Exhibition & Congress Centre in Thessaloniki, Greece and is supported by the World Association of Chefs Society (WACS), the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism and the Region of Central Macedonia Greece. This year’s Competition includes 34 different categories based on the rules, regulations and judging criteria as specified by WACS. The parallel events which will take place throughout Competition’s duration are the 26th International Exhibition of Food, Beverages, Machinery Equipment and Packaging Detrop, the 6th International Wine Fair Oenos and the Macedonian Cuisine..
