The 2nd The Vietnam Bakery Cup Competition will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, this competition has grown into the best international competition in Vietnam. This was made possible by the union between locals and the full support of local governments to preserve and Associations across the country support each other develop the competition. This prestigious event, endorsed by Worldchefs, will feature 21 culinary, pastry, and sculpture competitions designed to showcase the talents of chefs and bakers at all skill levels.
Whether your passion lies in creating chocolate cakes, wedding cakes, fondant, or topping cakes, or in crafting jelly, rice cakes, or sticky rice cakes, there is a competition category tailored to your strengths. Additionally, chefs can participate in challenges across various categories, including Pizza, Best Banh Mi Vietnam, Hamburger, Global Chefs, Vegan and Carving.
Vietnam where the venue of this competition is, is the epitome of culinary art for many reasons. Vietnam provides the best of the natural, with rich life found both in land and at sea. These resources are the finest means to show modern revisions of traditional food.
Additionally, Willment Leong, Worldchefs Continental Director for Asia has been appointed as the observer Judge and Chef KK Yau head Judge Global Chefs Challenge and Chef Kenny Kong head judge Bakery Cup of this competition. We are especially excited to experience their influence on further elevating the quality of the whole competition.
