Join the Emirates Culinary Guild for the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Dubai 2025!
Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Dubai is returning from 30 September to 2 October. Dedicated to those who share a passion for chocolate and pastry, the much-loved show will bring together professional chocolate tasters, chocolatiers, chocolate aficionados, authors and pastry chefs. Visitors will be able to explore stands, sample and buy chocolate and attend special workshops and masterclasses with renowned chefs from around the world. Indeed, the event is forecast to attract 120 exhibitors, 50 pastry chefs and thousands of chocolate lovers to Madinat Jumeirah, Madinat Arena, over the course of three days.
Established in Paris in 1994, the exhibition has become a reference for chocolate enthusiasts, with events taking place in New York, Japon, Paris, Lyon, Montreal, Lima, Shanghai, Beirut, Riyadh, Istanbul and many other cities.
EVENTS AT THE SHOW
Fashion Show, a unique runaway with chocolate dresses made by well-known chefs and fashion designers
Pastry Show, workshops with leading executive pastry chefs
Choco Démo, a space to enjoy the recipes of chefs and experts, as well as unique drinks and pairings with mixologists and baristas
The Competitions, a series of contests, including Chocolate Sculpture, Cake Design, and Chocolate Dessert Competitions, rewarding talented professionals and amateurs
Talks, Don’t miss daily Talks and networking events taking place at the show; Experts and chefs will be discussing the latest trends in the chocolate pastry, gelato and barista industries.
The World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, promotes innovative beverage recipes that showcase coffee and spirits in a competition format. This competition highlights the barista/barkeeper’s mixology skills in a setting where coffee and alcohol go perfectly together. From the traditional Irish Coffee (with whiskey and coffee), to unique cocktail combinations.
Brew Bar, A unique experience that combines high-quality coffee with craft cocktails and coffee-infused spirits. It’s a space where coffee enthusiasts and cocktail lovers can unite, enjoying expertly crafted drinks that showcase both the art of coffee and the creativity of mixology.
