  • Modern Viennoiserie Competition (Team of 2)
  • Fondant Cake Figures (Individual)
  • Junior Chocolate Master (Individual)
  • Butter Cookies Competition (Individual)

Pastry LIVE serves as an exciting new platform that celebrates the fusion of flavor, form, and innovation. It reflects Indonesia’s growing influence in the world of pastry arts and provides a space where traditional pastry methods can meet modern interpretation.

3. Display Competitions
