German Lam is an award-winning chef, with a work history at top-rated institutions such as the 5-star Boston and Cleveland Ritz Carlton Hotels, Harvard Club of Boston, and Chatham Bars Inn. Additionally, he was executive chef at Mirabelle Restaurant located on Boston’s trendy Newbury Street, and the Needham Sheraton Hotel. He has also served as the Executive Sous Chef at Marais Restaurant and Chef de Cuisine at the Charles Hotel.

When cancer entered his life in 2017, he used his philosophy to fight back, birthing his book ‘The Dragon Turns to Water’. German’s mission is to share his experience and inspire chefs to become not just better chefs but also better human beings. You can order German’s book on Amazon.

An inspiring mentor, German’s approach focuses on the balance of mind, body, spirit, and food, fostering a meaningful and holistic path for chefs.

Isaiah Gerrard, a promising young chef, brings a fresh perspective to the culinary world. With a passion for food since the age of 15, Isaiah has worked in renowned establishments like CUT Steakhouse in Las Vegas and Bouchon Bistro in Napa Valley.

As the immediate past president of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Young Chefs Club, he is passionate about nurturing talents and promoting networking among peers. His commitment to personal wellness and growth has been notably influenced by his mentor, Chef German Lam. He understands the power of mentorship and possesses the tenacity to seize opportunities that propel him forward. From externships in Las Vegas to starting his own podcast, Isaiah embodies resilience and the spirit of an emerging generation of chefs.

Isaiah is currently furthering his studies at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, working on completing a Bachelors in Food Business Management.
