Competition info: The Regional Championship will be held with the support of the Interregional Association of Russian Culinars and under the auspices of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). It will be attended by combined teams from 18 regions of Russia (Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Vladimir, Krasnodar, Togliatti, Perm, Kostroma, Naberezhniye Chelny, Yaroslavl, Nizhnevartovsk, Rostov, Kislovodsk, Bashkiria, Pyatigorsk and Chelyabinsk). The teams will compete in culinary art and demonstrate their professional skills to the impartial panel of 19 people! The panel will consist of the Honorary President, coordinating judge and captains of each of the regional teams, which cannot vote for their region. The President will be a WACS representative. The championship winners will be awarded with diplomas, medals, impressive prize fund and the right to represent Russia at international competitions and championships.
