Bruno Rouffaer
Co-founder of ‘Fungi of the Planet’
Bruno Rouffaer was born in Belgium in 1955 and today lives in Lima-Peru since end 2014 and is married with Fabiola Aranda Del Solar. He has 3 children: Ella (29) Louise (28) and Camilo (7). Bruno holds a Master in Labour Sociology and a Bachelor in hospitality management. He is the author of NO WAY, big bad boss era is over, (D-ENG-SP-POR). Author of the Children´s book, PIM & PAM (2024) and co-author of ALTRUISM AS A WEAPON AGAINST EXTREME POVERTY (2022) Bruno is now a retired coach, Co-Founder of the NGO Tomorrow4Isibani in South Africa, volunteer fundraiser at the NGO Children of Lima in Peru. He is co-founder of Fungi of The Planet with +6.000 members worldwide. He has a private lodge in the jungle of Peru and runs a small amazonian research Centre for mycelium and coffee plantage. Together with his close friend, Frank Fol of We´re SMART World, he organizes Culinary tours in Lima.

Chef Christopher Koetke, CEC CCE HAAC, is currently Corporate Executive Chef at Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America, Inc, and the Chair of the Feed the Planet Committee of Worldchefs.
Indeed, having a 40-years experience of working in the foodservice industry and given his global travels experimenting with ingredients and flavors, Chris is a well-known expert on culinary matters. Therefore, in 2010, he was given the inaugural Chefs Collaborative Pathfinder Award for his work in making sustainability mainstream both within foodservice operations and education.
