Urszula Ciesla
Senior OTC Accounting Specialist @Electrolux
Urszula Ciesla has been part of the Electrolux team since October 2019, where she currently works as a Senior OTC Accounting Specialist in the GSSC Krakow OtC Iberia and Italy Team. She has primarily focused on supporting operations in Italy, while also extending her expertise to Portugal and Spain.
Residing in Kryspinów, near Kraków, Poland, Urszula pursued her education at the Cracow University of Economics, further enriching her academic journey with a semester at the University of Bari in Italy.
During her leisure time, Urszula finds joy in dancing ZUMBA and embarking on serene walks through the forest. Her passion for Italian cuisine shines brightly, adding a flavorful dimension to her life outside of work.

Paolo Armani has been a chef/in catering for over 30 years with the last 17 years dedicated to Compass UK & Ireland. He has held numerous positions within the company, ranging from Executive Head Chef to his current role as menu management and APL owner for Ireland, Levy, and Venues Collection.
Paolo retains his position as L&D Chef for Temple Street Children’s Hospital, which he has merged with Food Heroes to enhance the courses, making them more interactive for children and parents.
An active member of the Craft Guild of Chefs, British Culinary Federation, and the World Master Chef Society, Paolo Armani is deeply involved in the culinary community.

Chef Christopher Koetke, CEC CCE HAAC, is currently Corporate Executive Chef at Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America, Inc, and the Chair of the Feed the Planet Committee of Worldchefs.
Indeed, having a 40-years experience of working in the foodservice industry and given his global travels experimenting with ingredients and flavors, Chris is a well-known expert on culinary matters. Therefore, in 2010, he was given the inaugural Chefs Collaborative Pathfinder Award for his work in making sustainability mainstream both within foodservice operations and education.
