FHAM 2016 International Culinary Challenge & Exhibition is recorded as the premier event experienced by the Hospitality Industry in the Maldives. The main objective of FHAM is to facilitate trade between the exhibitors from all over the world, offering products and services required by the world class Tourism industry of the Maldives.
The International Culinary Challenge organized in collaboration with the Chefs Guild of the Maldives and the Chefs Guild of Lanka will take place as the core of the exhibition. The event attracts as many as 500 Chefs from over 75 Resorts, Hotels and Restaurants in the Maldives and region, who will compete for culinary honors. FHAM 2016 International Culinary Challenge & Exhibition is the only event supported by the Worldchefs (World Association of Chefs Societies).
The Culinary Challenge will act as a meeting ground plus an ideal platform for all local and international food and beverage executives to meet chefs and discuss their requirements on a personalized note during the event.
