The Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) have once again been asked to organize the bi-annual Salon Culinaire cooking competition to coincide with Food, Hotel & Indonesia, FHI Jakarta 2017, 5 – 8 April 2017 at Kemayoran.
We are inviting participants from all major Hotels, Restaurants & Establishment including Culinary Schools Students, Junior Chefs from Jakarta and surroundings, Bali, Lombok, Surabaya, & also from other Asian Countries. This competition also will have endorsement from WACS as Continental Competition.
The objective of the Salon Culinaire is to foster, improve & showcase the professionalism amongst culinary professionals within Indonesia.
