The 8th LaCuisine 2026 is an international culinary competition organized by the Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) Indonesia in collaboration with Krista Exhibitions, and held alongside the Krista Interfood Exhibition from 4–7 November 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK 2, Banten, Indonesia.
Now in its eighth edition, LaCuisine has established itself as one of Indonesia’s leading culinary competitions, attracting professional chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, culinary educators, hospitality professionals, and aspiring young chefs from across Indonesia and around the world. The competition serves as a prestigious platform for participants to demonstrate their technical expertise, creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship while competing in a professional
environment that encourages excellence and continuous learning.
LaCuisine 2026 features an extensive range of competition categories, including hot cooking, pastry, bakery, confectionery, artistic showpieces, restaurant service, and specialty culinary challenges. Each category is designed to reflect current industry trends while maintaining the highest standards of culinary professionalism. Competitors are evaluated by an international
panel of distinguished judges based on recognized competition criteria, ensuring fairness, consistency, and educational value throughout the event.
