Krumma is a PhD candidate in Leadership and Strategic Management, she also holds an MSc degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, complemented by a BSc in Hospitality Management.
Moreover, she has obtained various professional certifications, including Extended DiSC, Mindfulness Educator, PQ Positive Intelligence, Life Coaching, and Cognitive Behavioral Practitioner.
Krumma is a member of ICF Iceland, certified senior practitioner of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and a Global
EMCC research volunteer.
