Unilever Chef of the Year Competition 2015

Unilever Chef of the Year is a National competition, with various categories:

•        Creative: Creative Canapés
•        Junior/Senior: Junior Chef of the Year and Senior Chef of the Year
•        Confectionary Showcase
•        Team of Four: Team of 4: Bring your best!

The competition has various cook offs in the major cities, culminating in the Final held at the Unilever Head Office and has the approval of Garth Shnier as the Culinary Representative for Africa.

The dates are as follows:

• Entries open: 1st April 2015
• Close: 30th June 2015
• Durban, South Africa – Regional’s 27th July 2015
• Johannesburg, South Africa – Regional’s 29th July 2015
• Cape Town, South Africa – Regional’s 31st July 2015
• Finals: 10th September 2015 to be held in Durban, South Africa
