Dear Pastry Chefs, Chefs, friends & colleagues
On the 17th August 2013 .The Singapore Pastry Alliance is proud to announce we have a “Singapore Pastry Cup “pre-selection of National Team pastry Chefs competition .
The competitors will have 8 hours to prepare and the venue of contest is at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy Pte Ltd. 28 Tai Seng Street, Level, Singapore 534106
The purpose of this contest is to select three pastry chefs to represent Singapore in the World Pastry Cup held in Lyon, France in January 2015. The team will also be committed to participate in the Asian Pastry Cup 2014 as a performance team.
We are honored and grateful to have the Pastry Chefs as attached sacrifice their precious time out of their busy schedules to be part of the judging panel supporting us.
I would really appreciate all of you and inform your colleagues could plan some time out of your busy schedules to view and support us on this day. Below is the programme of the competition.

6am | Helpers arrive |
6.30am | All competitors meet for briefing. Kitchen stewards to check containers |
7am | Competition starts |
12.30pm | Tasting of chocolate entremets |
1pm | Tasting of desserts |
1.30 to 3pm | Staggered lunch for judges and helpers |
2.30 – 3pm | Setting up of buffet table |
3.30pm | Everyone to gather at the buffet area |
4pm | Prize giving |
4.15pm | Refreshment |
