The Culinary Association of Wales is hosting a World Chefs Judging Seminar on the 25th May 2016.This Seminar will form part of the investment the Association is making in the CPD of its Members.

Closing date for applications is 29th April 2016.The Culinary Association of Wales will be charging a nominal fee of £50.00 to all applicants that are not a fully paid up Member and all fees must be paid by 4th May 2016.
