The New Zealand Chefs Association is organising a judging seminar from the 27th of July to the 1st August 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand. In order to participate please contact Glenn Furlcher by email. The instructor for the event will be Gert Klotzke. This seminar will take place at the same time as the New Zealand Chefs National Salon 2016.
