WACS Culinary Competition Committee, Ecuador Chefs Associaiton and Academia Culinaria de las Americas is very proud to announce judging seminar at the Copa Culinaria De Las Américas, Food Congress 2010 Ecuador.
Details of the seminar are as follows:-

| Time: | From 7.30am to 3.30 pm |
| Venue: | Centro de Convenciones Simon Bolivar, Salon Presidencial |
| Cost: | 360 Euros |
Dress code is chefs uniform.
Participants have to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Participants of the seminar will be attached to the judging groupe at the competition on the second day for practical exercise. This gives them the opportunity to learn and experience the actual judging on a food competition.
